An Introduction to my newsletter and what to look forward to!

Hey, thanks for signing up for my newsletter! My name is Andrew Spatidol, and I am a rookie real estate investor based out of New England looking to share some knowledge and bring value to that inbox of yours! If you are a seasoned investor looking for deals, or a novice just trying to get started, I think this little newsletter will be a great tool for you. I will be documenting my journey of purchasing my first rental property, and will be using this platform as a way to share everything I learn. I think there is a ton of value in documenting the relatable, beginning stages of this process, as most investors out there have already “made it” and seem disconnected to mere mortals like us.

This newsletter will include weekly emails about everything I have learned/am learning in a format that the everyday person can understand. This includes buy and hold real estate, fix and flips, and even turn key short term rentals. You can check out my posts you may have missed here and feel free to leave comments and connect whenever you’d like.
